At Kitsch Noir, we want you to love your home decor, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your home goods in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
